The enviro team went on a trip to Trelissick park on Friday the 2nd of June. We caught a mini bus to Trelissick park and we met our guide Oliver. He took us down the track to the river all the way down. This man taught us how the plant the type of grass. We went in pairs and and started the planting. First we got a plant to put in the ground. next we dug a hole. After we took of the holder and put the plant down very carefully. Then put the dirt back over the plant. and there you have your plant. In total we planted 100 trees/grass.
This week, after visiting the amazing World of Maths, we were inspired to make our very own, World of Maths style games and puzzles. We had a few days to do this, but our wonderful teachers gave us lots of time to do this. We started by planning the layout, and then we started building them. We each had our own ideas, and built our own games. Or we worked in small groups. Our games have turned out great, and we have enjoyed making them. Thanks for reading!
